If I don’t use Voot boot shapers properly, will they harm my boots?
The first step is to pick the right Voot insert for your boot. Here’s how! Voot boot inserts feature specially formulated plastic that intuitively forms to the shape of your boots.
How will I know if my Voot boot shaper is inserted correctly?
If your Voot boot insert fits snugly inside your boots, you’re good to go. Simply roll up the Voot insert, put it into the boot, and release. Voot automatically shapes itself to your boot!
Can I “private label” Voot boot shapers with my company’s logo?
Of course! We’ll just need to discuss quantities and your vision for the logo. Then, Voot will provide you with an estimate. Let’s talk!

What’s Your Shipping Policy?
Your orders are fulfilled by Voot LLC. When you place your order, you will be able to choose your delivery service and your timetable (Ground, 2 Day, 1 Day). All shipping charges are calculated according to weight. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will begin processing your order immediately and normally ship within 24 to 48 hours, except during holiday and other high-demand periods. You will receive another confirmation email, and a tracking number if applicable, once your order ships. Questions? Do You Process International Shipments?
We only ship orders within the United States and Canada at this time.
What’s Your Return and Exchange Policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with your Voot purchase, you can return it for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, if it is in “as-new” condition and has its original packaging. We will not accept worn, altered, or soiled merchandise. If you wish to make an exchange, the replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the item being returned. Please note that the return/exchange deadline is extended until January 15th for items purchased between Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
What Are Your Return/Exchange Procedures and Shipping Instructions?
If you would like to return an item, please let us know by emailing customer support within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. In your email, include your name, order ID number, and a brief note requesting the return. We will email you a Return Materials Authorization label. Download and print the label and tape it on the return package. We will NOT be able to process any returns/replacements without the Return Materials Authorization label.
You may ship the package back using the carrier of your choice after you have received the Return Materials Authorization label. For your protection, we encourage you to send your returns in a padded envelope via a carrier that allows you to track the package. We cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping of Voot products are paid by the customer, except in cases where the customer receives the merchandise in a damaged or defective condition (see below).
How Do I Place a New Order in an Exchange?
If you wish to return a recently purchased Voot product and place a new order in an exchange, please email customer support with your name, order ID number, and a brief note detailing the product you wish to receive instead. You will receive a Return Materials Authorization label via email. Download the label, print it, and tape it on the return package. Ship the package back using the carrier of your choice (all shipping instructions outlined above under “What Are Your Return/Exchange Procedures and Shipping Instructions” apply).
Your replacement item(s) will be processed upon receipt of the exchanged item(s) and shipped at no additional shipping charge. You will receive a confirmation email including any price difference between the exchanged items, as well as possible taxes and shipping costs. The balance or credit will be issued in the same form as it was received. Once your replacement item(s) ship, you will receive another confirmation email, including tracking information.
What if the Merchandise I Ordered Arrived Damaged or Defective?
In the rare instance when your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. We will gladly replace your Voot boot shapers and take care of all shipping charges related to the return. Email customer support and include your name, order ID number, and a brief explanation of the problem. You will receive a pre-paid Return Materials Authorization label via email. Download and print it, and tape it to your well-padded return package. Note that we will NOT be able to process the return without this label. Give the package to your local mail carrier and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you wish to order a replacement set of the Voot boot shapers you ordered, add that information to your email. Your replacement item will be processed upon receipt of the item that is damaged or defective and we will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge.
